Ways to Participate!

1. Purchase a Memory Walk sign: Memorialize your loved one with a memory sign. Signs will be displayed in front of Grace Community Church on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 9am-1pm

2. Register as a walker: Sign up to walk with us on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 9am-1pm. Registration is $14 per person. Walk will begin and end at Grace Community Church

4. "Why I Walk" Sneakers: Sneaker signs available at various locations for $1 donation to represent your commitment to walking in honor of loved ones

3. Become a Hospice Hero: Create you own fundraising page, set a goal, share your story and help raise funds for our mission.

4. Donate to support our mission: Right now is a crucial time for our patients and their loved ones and general operating support makes a huge difference. Donate here to help us continue our superior care and superior service to the members of your community.

Activities for all ages include: Car Show, Food Truck Alley, Live DJ, Photobooth, Emergency vehicles and Bag Pipe Send off.
